Invalid user??

everytime somebody tries to send me tbt it comes up with invalid user, it also says that i have incorrect login details whenever i try to log in on my phone or anything that isn't my computer (where the login details are saved) and I know my login details are correct??!

Is there a way to fix this or am i just going to have a cursed name forever?

Go to the TBT Shop, if you still have seashells, buy the username change one from Kap'n Shack.
Otherwise you'll have to get 1200 TBT for a username change.

I've dealt dumber people in my work so don't feel too bad. Have you tried going to "Settings" and see if there's an option to edit your username? I ran out of seashells to try the Username Change thing and I really don't plan to do so but go ahead and see.

Perhaps it's has something to do with the special characters on your username. Usually underscores and periods tend to be acceptable when it comes to usernames (In most forums all around the net.) and I really have no idea why you have those on your username because it's invalid. (Can't be read as a legitimate username.) I doubt that the username change will fail when you bought it. It should change your username regardless of what you have on there.

I've changed my username already. First you got to check if the username you're aiming for is available. To do that just search it up and if you don't see a matching name that means it's available. Then: Bell Tree HQ > Contact staff, then post a thread where you tell you want to change your username and Tell the username you want to get. It could take a few days until a staff member wees the post and changes your name.

yeah I have no idea why I added all those extra characters onto my user and I had a feeling that they were the reason why nothing will work but I didn't originally realise you could change your user.
