iOS 10 is out

I'm already experiencing a problem with iOS 10. Now this crashing bug (where you are automatically shut out of an app) is back. I remember how bad it was with iOS 8. It just doesn't want to go away. I tried to write some blog entries, and it shut me out of Safari a couple of times. If it weren't for vBulletin's autosave feature, I would lose everything I was writing on that entry, so I'm thankful for it. But still, the crashing bug is back.

Also the emojis look really odd (they look a lil bit more like Android ones, though I do like those. It's just I'm not used to that kind of shading on the iPhone ones)

It's always nice to have the interface look fresh and new. Especially the notifications.

Don't really have an opinion over it, though. It looks like the music app hasn't gotten any better than iOS 8.4. Doubt they ever fixed the shuffling problem I had since iOS 8.4, where it wouldn't go through my whole library and would repeat songs constantly, sometimes twice in a row.

I could go on a massive rant for that, but I don't even use my iPhone to listen to music anymore. It's just a shame they messed up something they had down perfectly over a decade ago.

Suspected they won't go back more than to the 5 models so yay stuck on 8.whatever version forever lmao. Tbh I don't care, sure it would have been nice to get rid of all those stupid apps but I can live with them I guess, I just wish they wouldn't drain so much when they just are there lol

I updated last night, finally, and I'm not all that impressed I don't like change at the best of times but I was hoping it might fix some of the bugs and issues I've been having - anybody else having about 10 new contacts added to your phone with the title #no name? I've deleted them several times now and I don't understand why they keep coming back. Just waiting to see if this update will help with that. Not keen on the emoji changes either. I guess I'll get used it it...

The heck, it got to ios systems too? I know my mom had that with her android phone where she got like 17 unnamed contacts and we had to delete manually i hope they don't come back, freaking creep updates...

I've already noticed a bug with it, too. So yeah.

I like it a lot. It makes my ipad mini 4 feel like a new device. the texting features are fun with friends
My only gripes is ever since I updated the iOS, my charger won't hold a charge.. need to buy a new one I guess. Its third party so maybe something in the ios is blocking it from charging @.@
I know its got to be related to that because my iphone is still on ios 8.3 because its jailbroken, and it holds a charge with the same wire.

My username is not named after the company, but after the fruit. Our family appears to like Apple (the company) more. This includes iPhone, iPad, Apple TV etc.

Lol, would have been more fun if they called the company Cherry or something though. But yeah I like the iOS on iPhone, couldn't care less about their other stuff to be honest.

I know that iOS 10 has some bad things, but the worst changes are iOS 5 to iOS 6 and iOS 6 to iOS 7.

The first one, they removed the pre-installed YouTube app. And they replaced Google Map with Apple Map (which indeed is terrible). I can also remember when at one time, there was a bug where you don't really accept the Terms of Service (even if you tap "accept").

The other one, changed the overall design from something realistic to something more basic and flat, including Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. Their realisitic icons changed to some flat and basic icons (which bother me). Oh, and don't forget that when you change the background, you were forced to zoom in. I did like how iOS 7 changed the weather app, but I didn't like how most apps changed.

Yeah I really liked that "retro realistic" look on the icons rather than these minimalist updated icons that came with 8 I think? And yeah mobile version of youtube is crap, since you can't play half of the content anyways :/

Yeah the zoom is kinda useless cause you can't really zoom out in a good way imo.

Meh, that OS is alright I guess but in some way they made in a deep forest to navigate in, depending a bit on what phone you have.
