Is Animal Crossing a kids game?

Ok so I was on the phone with my friend and in the backround I was playing Animal Crossing, and he heard the music and he was like "are you still playing animal crossing" and I said yes, and I said "Why don't you try it?" and he said "because im too mature to play animal crap" so I yelled at him and told him tons of adults play this game.

He still thinks its a kids game and only non-mature people play it. I think he's an idiot.

Opinions on this subject?

About 2 months ago a kid like 10 - 11 years old told me it was only a kid game so why was I playing it, but I didnt care and continued playing it

That's exactly how it is with my friends and I. They poke fun at me playing it, I yell at them to Shut up, and things go back to normal conversations of Halo and other topics.

& No, Animal Crossing is Not just a Kids game. It's a game for the kid inside of you. (sure why not) =P
