Is anyone else thinking of what to call their town?

probably leblanc or inaba. if the character limit is increased, i might make it jabberwock as i wanted to when i first started mogeko.

If Nintendo increases the character limit: Daguerreo. If they don't...no clue. I may recreate one of my New Leaf towns, most likely Bunifrey.

The same names I have already, not that I will be able to afford a switch any time soon....

I'm so unoriginal. My past towns have always been related to some game or whatever like Pokemon towns. Here's to hoping I get more creative.

I remember my when I bought Wild World I had no idea what the game was, so when Rover asked me where I was going, I said "Home"... Thus that was the name of my town for two games. I don't know what I will call my town this time, but it wont be named 'Home'.

name it "my house"

or alternatively "away"

^My very first town ever (Wild World) was called a place. Without any capitals. I kept that town for years. I was dumb as a kid. But for real though the question isn't worded very obviously for a child. xD

I've had the same name for my town since the first game on GC..."Alton" but I feel like maybe I should go down a new route this time?

Until new leaf I named most of my towns after real places lol newham, newessex and islingto I did have a second town on game cube called oaklon thats not a real place as far as I know.

Unoriginal? There is nothing wrong with homage to a past game. If you want to try something different, put three game names together and there is your town name!

Example:

Fantasy Life
Pokemon
Myst (I think that was the title)=

Fankemy...

It's weird but....I tried?

I usually name my towns after countries in Fire Emblem because it?s my favorite franchise. I?m probably going to name it Nohr again and name my characters after the Nohrian royals, just like in my NL town.

Haha thanks! Yeah there's nothing wrong, but I would like to come up with an original name for once. I like your idea. I think I'll try putting together names of town from across series and see if I create something I like!
