Is anyone starting high school?

Everyone tells you it's really hard and different from middle school, and that you'll be beat up, etc... when I went to high school I hardley noticed a difference from middle school, so I don't think you have anything to worry about. :lol:

My 6^ teacher says it's quite easier and enjoyable than middle school...i kinda agreed with him because I know I'm 2 grades away from it and I despised 6thgrade.

Well...I'm taking a high school class, but it's still at the Middle School. I'm taking Algebra next year.

I'm in high school, and the program is just plain harder. It's more difficult, but I guess it's better, since you can learn subjects in depth.

High school starting this year. They just banned smoking from the high school grounds this summer, too.

I'm going to the High School. I'm a bit nervous, since your grades really "count" for college, and stuff. Starting August twenty-something.

Really? They banned smoking just this year? All tobacco has been banned from my High School campus for many years now.

But I'm going to be a Sophmore this coming year. I've heard that my Engish teacher is going to be 7734 from others though...

But yeah, High School is more challenging than Middle School, but it's alot more fun too.

Highschools way different where i'm from, in Jr. High everyones ********... High School they're more mature, and its not because of the grades, its because the Seniors are more mature, so the Juniors act more mature, then the Sophies get it after about two or three months.

its a really great place. : D
