It's probably a lot of work for the staff to close accounts and it would be abused a lot. If you have to earn TBT to have your username changed, you'll probably think hard about choosing a name you want to stick with.
Hi there! As stated both here and in the site rules and guidelines, we don't allow account switches unless it's under extraordinary circumstances. We do offer the option to change your username for 1200 TBT bells, which can be purchased in the shop.
