Is it possible to start with any Jock and any Sisterly/Uchi in New Horizons?

Something I know is that your two starting villagers are guaranteed to be one jock and one sisterly. But I want to know if you can start with any one of each personality. As of now, there are 55 jocks in the game and 24 uchis. Here is the list:

Haha and another friend of mine had the unfortunate experience of starting with Moose. She eventually restarted that island but that’s another one you can check.

They are both checked off. Also, only nine jocks remain unchecked!

you get forced a jock and uchi. it doesn’t really make sense to reset until you get a “good pair” because their interior is going to be trash so you’re going to end up kicking them out right before you get their picture and stay in a time paradox of february 2022 for nine days until you can find them again for tbt.
