Is the order of the K.K. Slider songs the order of when he first released them to the animal crossing world?

K.K. Chorale would be K.K. Slider's debut single and K.K. Robot Synth would be his latest hit single.

I think it might've been in order in which they were coded into the games, considering that the first few (K.K. Chorale to Two Days Ago) have been there since the original, and the last few (K.K. Fugue to K.K. Robot Synth) were only added in the 2.0 Update. But if you mean from an in-universe perspective, it seems a bit plausible.
