Is there a furniture set/series/item/theme that many people hate but you love?

Most of the furniture in this game is pretty good, but some furniture are just not well liked by fans.
For me its the Egg series! I always found it so weird its cute, but every other player I see talk about it always says its just plain ugly. Plus, I never see anyone use it.

I don't care though, I think it's adorable, and when I get the chance I'm gonna decorate my house with it again.

i like the bunny day set, too! i’ll admit that i liked the new leaf version more (r.i.p egg lamp), but the new horizons version is very cute as well! love the wall, wardrobe, basket and rug especially.

i’ve also seen a bit of dislike for the wall-mounted bug heads (mantis, grasshopper and wasp). they’re not my favourite items by any means, either, but i don’t mind them. i think the mantis-head model is kind of cool.

I went on a Google search for this and found an old topic from this very forum- fruit furniture. I really like all of them. I LOVE the pear wardrobe. I love their color options. But they were bought up repeatedly in the old thread and I just don’t get it. They kinda remind me of 00’s aesthetic in how the shapes + colors go together- I can imagine seeing them around, at least in desktop wallpapers or a movie or something, at the time- the wallpapers are a lot more retro and fun-tacky, and the whole set feels like items from GC/WW/CF successfully reimagined for this game. It’s pretty cool.

There are items from Bunny Day that I like. I don't do entire series in rooms because it just looks too showroom to me, no matter what the series is. I usually mix and match pieces to create a 'lived in' look.

More often, it's the other way around and furniture I don't care for that everyone else loved (mostly in older games, like the Gracie stuff).

I'm not sure which series is unpopular, but I also think the bunny set is cute and plan on using it at some point in one of my character houses when/if I ever get motivated to decorate their houses

I love all the goth-themed sets, as well as the mermaid one.

It’s not in New Horizons, but I like the kiddie set. I think there’s a very similar set in New Horizons that can be customized in kiddie colors. I vibe with the colors, lol.

Yep, it’s the wooden-block toy set. It can be customized in similar colors to the kiddie set. I prefer the pastel colors:
