is it weird that im asking something health/nutrients related here on tbt?
anyway, i have no idea how much fiber i should take in so i just eat whatever that has fiber in them and sometimes i might end up with too much fiber and it'll only make things worse like constipation and stuff. so each day, i eat:

- a bowl of whole grain cereal/muesli or sometimes two in the morning
- one banana and seven pitted prunes in the afternoon
- veges that contain fiber for dinner along with other food
- another banana and 7 pitted prunes for night snack

for fruits, sometimes i switch to apples and pears.

i dont really know how to calculate my fiber intake so can anyone with knowledge on nutrients and stuff tell me if the amount of fiber im taking in is less than the recommended amount, or its enough, or too much?

Make sure to have water cause if you have too much fiber and not enough water, that's when you get dry down there.
