Yes, it's readable, but it hurts my eyes. If it's in combination with an ultra-bright font, then no it's unreadable.

Well, I can see size 1 text, as long as it isn't super bright, I won't find it annoying. Honestly, type however you want, as long as people can read it.

I read it just fine. I see no use for it in casual posts like these, but if you're playing with layout and stuff for a thread then personally I actually think that the small font makes it look nicer and more neat!

It's visible, but it's annoying when an entire post is written in small font - I don't even bother trying to squint and just increase the zoom on the page.
