fwiw, looking at the worlds I'm considering, there's two pointy ears in each world and potentially more (only if Arcadia/epona are in deep)?

guava x dedenne feel like they could work
Ace x shawo feel like they could work

But again the only thing that can be made certain from the clue is that the mafia team isn't a combination of players that has 0 pointed ears among them.

Mafia are given a list of clues at the start of the night, e.g. Mafia A will have this clue if they kill, Mafia B will have this one, so mafia can plan around this.

Regarding your list, I can see a volt x epona team working aswell and a dedenne x damniel teaming working.
