Resident Night Mare
Pekoe is in Hollowyn. She's still in boxes today, but when I stopped by to welcome her to town, she said she had moved, as promised, and hopes that I'll come over to play tomorrow. From the walls, it looks like she has Oriental style furnishings. Rizzo will be thrilled.
Lolly snagged my gold nugget this morning, but that gave me enough in my pockets to talk to Isabelle about scheduling demolition of the third bridge. No more cobblestone here. Tomorrow morning I can get Lloid on rebuilding with a suspension bridge. Lolly also popped in for a quick visit.
Burned through several axes cutting trees down last night. Tons of trees left, but mostly fruit. Might as well keep harvesting those. I stored some baskets so I'll be able to replant, too. I wish someone would ping me about the Police Station. I know just where I want to put it. The Roost will take a bit more care to place, but I think I have a spot. Got a few more days before Blathers might suggest that, anyway.
Another purple rose and two orange tulips spawned overnight. I'm not sure I like the orange too much. Maybe I'll need to see a grouping of them to be sure, so I moved both to the mini-beach to keep them safe. Right now, I have pink tulips and purple roses at my house. A few blue violets are down on the beach, as well.
The Nooklings posted a notice that they are going to be closed for remodeling tomorrow. That will give me the Super T&T. The Able Sisters are still wrapped in blue tarps, so I guess I won't have Shampoodles today, either. Maybe tomorrow, and I can spend whatever bells would have gone to the Nooklings.
Stitches was upset last night because he said Keaton had been making fun of his catch phrase (he'd swiped Lolly's "Bonbon"). He asked me for a new one. I taught him "Oh, bother", so he sounds like Winnie-the-Pooh.
As for Keaton, he told me he was going to move out on the 9th, but I asked him to stay. How dare he think about messing up my villager layout when I just got my 10th move?!?
Shrunk taught me a new emotion. I now have Outrage, Sleepy, and Worry.
That's about all the excitement in my little town for now. Hoping Leif has more axes so I can continue clearing land. I'm considering dismissing my Beautiful Town ordinance so I can have weeds to pick for Weed Day. I should probably do that soon so they can build up. Better go talk to Isabelle again.
