Hey ^^

Recently I've been ordering a whole bunch of new Animal Crossing memorabilia for my collection (and so I can get new pictures for my AC Instagram feed) and I was really happy when a package arrived early this morning with one of those items.

The item came with a free magazine called Nintendo News 2015 Vol.2 which is just plain cool :lemon:

Inside was an article/advert showing Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer and I thought you guys might like to see it:

It's looks so cool and since seeing this advert, I'm even more excited about the trading Amiibo cards

Enjoy :D

Thanks for sharing spamurai!

It doesn't give a lot of information (it is hard to read from the photo you posted, however I looked it up). Its just what we already know pretty much. The building and the 2 players caught my eye. Hello Tom Nook.

I'm more interested in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+ for that.

Please release it in the west, Nintendo.
I want that game to come over here.

At least it's something...but still no more new information about it.

I know it shares nothing new really, but I thought it looked good...

Also, it hints at having Fang and Bunnie on cards too seems they can be seen in one of the pictures :D

Clues clues cluesssss XD

I'm of the mindset that we'll get every villager in New Leaf as a card, and at least all the notable special characters, until Nintendo says otherwise.

Maybe some new villagers too, if Nintendo decides to tease Animal Crossing U new villagers.

How much evidence is there about Animal Crossing U? I don't really want to have to buy a Wii-U xD
I hope they bring back some old villagers like Gonzo too ^^

None directly, but considering ever since Wild World, they've put out at one game per system, console and handheld, it just makes sense to happen eventually. In fact ever since the franchise first debuted on the N64, only the GameBoy Advance never got an Animal Crossing title. Which considering its heavy technical limitations, that's not surprising in the least.

Plus with how long its been since New Leaf came out, and the fact that Happy Home Designer could very well be teasing new stuff for future games....

So it's nothing more than speculation :( I got excited that I missed some news then xD

And yeh, to be fair, even the GBA was included in the franchise with Animal Island, so you might be onto something...
Although there was that plaza thingy (which I know nothing about as never had a Wii-U)...

I think its just what it says. Animals gathered in a plaza.

So less than a spinoff.

Yeah, pretty much. Though we seem to be getting more and more circumstantial evidence for it.

Hell, these cards alone are a pretty big factor I'd say. I mean what better way to get even more use out of, and push sales of the cards further, than by making a full new game that adds in some benefits for scanning said cards?

Also, the aforementioned Plaza thingy means they already have a ton of the animals modeled for the Wii U. So why let that go to waste for something as simple as that?

Personally, I wouldn't wana buy a " old " system, just for AC.
Rather they come out with the next Nintendo system, and the system comes out soon, hopefully next year.
And this side game will be incorporated into it, so players can use back the same cards.

Oh my gosh, the Snake in that picture is so cute. I'm beyond hyped for this game and the new Animal Crossing E-Reader-esque trading cards.

I'm really hoping some of my favorites (such as Snake, the Octo's, and Margie!) end up on the cards, as I have my doubts that every single villager will get one... but a man can dream! Also, I'm unsure at the moment from the little I've read/that we know about the game at this point, is it supposed to be more of an expansion onto New Leaf, or is it going to be it's own full-fledged experience with its own over world outside the functions of home design and decoration? Or do we even know?

Well City Folk was for WIi..and they did admit a little fumble with U instead of an all new device for those who had all WIi games already for a couple years. With sales away down and a new console for 2018 probably Xmas 2017 maybe..I don't see it happening. I think this is our holdover and handhelds are making a big comeback for them on the money end I don't know anyone who would buy a U if didn't upgrade the WII they had at this point but just my opinion. CF was a WII game and next console in works is not WII, it's a little timed out.

It just looks cute and the sense of humor of advertising in it made me smile.

I seriously wonder why people who hang around here lately sometimes tend to start discussing trivial things when it comes to video game or its release or such while they ( at least some of them ) look doing kind of uncultured, shallow behavior here and there.

Its just cute and it made me smile, both what I saw in picture and that he tried to share it with us.
