Sarcastic Soul
Lipstick Stains
Okay, starting off, I know that being LGBT doesn't make you different from anybody else. However, we seem to have less of a representation in society, and a sad amount of people see us in a negative light. I just wanted to post and give my thanks to the LGBT community, of which I am proud to be apart of. I know most people won't care about or be affected by this post, but if anything, writing it makes me feel good.
I know many people in real-life and online who are ashamed of their sexual orientation and/or gender, of which they have no reason to be. I also know people who are proud of who they are, such as me. I am lucky enough to have a supportive environment around me, because without it, I honestly think I would be scared and/or ashamed of who I am. For many people, how they act depends on those around them, though I envy those who are proud of who they are despite what others' think.
However: I. Am. Proud. Of. Every. Single. Person. Reading. This. Post. If you are part of the LGBT community, you're amazing. If you aren't apart of the community but support, you're amazing. If you aren't apart of the community and don't support, you're amazing, unless you shame others (this goes for all people). Anyways, thanks to the LGBT community, and all who take the time to read this!
That's all for today, y'all! Thanks for listening to (reading) this issue of Soul Says!
