If I added art prizes (digital drawings, or traditional) for non-US artists, do you think it'd inspire more to enter? Due to the possibility of helping pay shipping, the art would make to where they won't have to.

I have a really quick question though: is heavily referencing poses allowed? Because I have a really hard time with drawing poses. If it's not allowed, can I draw it without entering the contest?
