Looks like you filled it out right to me! Except the 'total btb' part isn't your own tbt count, it means how much in total your signature will cost :3
And yes, the pixel villagers are how the villagers are included in all the sigs! So if you listed a villager, their pixel will be in your sig.

ohhhhhhh my goddd i love it!!! thank you so much <3 its perfect ;v;

edit- ;a; i just noticed, the friend code number is wrong. it's 2492, but it says 242 on the sig. also the dream address is off slightly, its 4800-5867-3831, and it says -5857-. if you need me to send over 10 tbt to fix that, please let me know, because the sig is honestly so perfect otherwise and it looks exactly how i envisioned it when i wrote out my order ;v;
