I was lurking around so I thought I'd answer you myself, hahah.
The easiest way is to type
Then right click the signature in the post where she put it, click 'copy image url'
Paste the image url into your signature in the signature editor, then type
Voila, there's your shiny new sig displayed proudly to the forums

What I want is basically a bump banner. I'd like a signature without villagers, maybe two or three times the size of your biggest signature size (since there aren't size limits for images in posts like there are in signatures), except it would only have a certain phrase on it rather than my town, mayor etc. Think you could do that? :3
