Katie threads?

Hi!
I had Katie earlier, and decided to post in the new Katie sticky thread.
Since I was sort of in a hurry, and there were no responses, I decided to make my own thread.

Was just wondering, for future reference if I'm ever in a hurry again,
if it's okay to make my own Katie threads?
Or is there a new rule of not making our own anymore?
Just curious.

If there is a stuck thread for it, it's normally best to just post in the stuck thread. People are more likely to see it than if you made your own.
