Kid Cat told me he was moving away today (11th), if I were to TT to when he was in boxes do I go to the 15th?

Also, after you convince him to go, do I wait a day before TTing back to my normal time?

Anyway I'm looking for tulip and rose hybrids, and the whole regal set. (Someone tell me if that's asking for too much please).

The day a villager says they're moving on is the day they go into boxes. So in your case, Kid Cat will be in boxes on the 16th. You can tt back to your normal date any time after someone has spoken to him.

and yes, if Kid Cat said he's moving on the xth, you go to the xth, not (x+1)th
and because only one villager moves out at a time, you can TT any amount of time from that date and not lose anyone.
