last film you watched!

I saw Star Trek: Into Darkness this past Friday, and me and my friends watched Serenity to finish off our Firefly marathon last night. Both were great and highly recommend.

The last movie I watched was Evil Dead at the dollar theater, and it was dumb. I'm not frightened by scary movies in the first place, but this was exceptionally boring. I was more entertained by my friends freaking out.

You have a dollar theater? That's so cool!

but like that's the thing with horror movies, the older they are they loose their impact and dont really stand the test of time very well. I actually rly like evil dead though, and the sequels are goofy-great.

The only good ones for me are those like The Exorcist. That was the last movie I watched, and it was amazing.

Saw both Iron Man 3 and Star Trek recently.

I thought Iron Man was mediocre at best, Star Trek I enjoyed.

Having said that, I have no experience with Star Trek beyond this new reboot, but have read Iron Man comics, old and newer one.

Star Trek: Into Darkness

A spectacular and amazing film. A great tribute to the originals.

Same here! Saw it on Sunday night. Loved the homage they made to the Wrath of Khan, blew all of my expectations out of the water entirely.

It was actually the recent remake of The Evil Dead :p. That's probably why I disliked it so much. It was just gore, gore, gore the whole time. No real build up in the story or the characters, it was just a test to see how much blood could be put on screen at once. It's a shame too, because the original had a somewhat generic plot, but it worked. In this one, they had a deep plot that they almost immediately abandoned.

That being said, I watched Django for the second time, and it was just as good as the first time I watched it. I'm a Tarantino fan, and Django is actually among my favorite films by him. It's only following Pulp Fiction and Inglorious Basterds.

Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned To Stop Worrying and Love The Bomb

Pretty funny movie. Still a classic Peter Sellers movie.
