last film you watched!

Harakiri

Wow.... I don't know what to say once again. I'm just so speechless by just how great this movie is.

And I'm already getting started on Samurai I: Musashi Miyamoto right now.

Whoaaa. Harakiri. One of the first films we got to see during my cinema studies @@' amazing. And people wonder why I'm into japanese oldies...

Anyways, just finished Jiro dreams of sushi Fascinating. I think I'm gonna buy an octopus and massage it now. xD Joke aside it was really great.

El Topo

I never saw a film by Alenjandro Jodorowsky until now... What was this? It's a great movie, yes, but what did I just see here?

@Umeko - You need to see it once you get the chance.

Anyways, the last movie I watched was Louis Malle's Au revoir les enfants.

I cannot watch this one without crying at least once...

Everlasting Moments

Most people I know would list down The Dark Knight as their favourite film of 2008 (albeit it's still a great movie anyways), but I don't see how The Dark Knight is any better than this Jan Troell masterpiece.

@Umeko & SecondSlider Harakiri is one of my favourite movies

Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels... so good, another favourite lol.

Just watched The Lego Movie last night. I fell asleep near the ending, it was pretty good. Not as good as Wreck It Ralph or anything, but pretty funny.

Because people are action-mainstream people? Idk, well I'd see that film any day over The Dark Knight.

Everlasting Moments definitely is one worth checking out.

Anyways, the last movie I watched was Samurai II: Duel at Ichijoji Temple.

Toshiro Mifune...

Capote

After seeing this movie, I've no doubt already that this is Philip Seymour Hoffman's best performance to date. It's a shame we lost the fine actor way too soon.
