The name was inspired by the blue stone Lapis Lazuli, and and color violet.
When you exit the airport, you will be greeted by a field of blue hyacinths around the path leading to the islands general store.
If you need accommodations, the campsite is fully stocked with activities and supplies.

You can visit The Blue Racoon - a Tiki Bar on the deep blue ocean front.
The museum features an aquarium, butterfly garden, and an interactive space exhibit on the front lawns.
In the evenings, you can visit the Lazuliet Playhaus for plays, musicals, and lectures from visiting artists.
You can also enjoy a stroll around - or thru - the Leaping Lake - a water that features small islands and beautiful artifacts.
