Le Wifi rating question~

So this is probably a stupid question but i must ask because i don't understand haha.
On the wifi ratings, why does it state that i have 30 total positive ratings but then above that the section that says members that left positive ratings is 28, so then above that it says wifi rating: 28.
Lol it puzzles me why my wifi rating isn't just 30 when there have been 30 total positive ratings left in general?
How does it work?​

It only counts the first feedback received from a specific person, so it's likely because you have more than one feedback rating from the same user.

It only counts unique ratings so say you received 10 ratings but 2 are from the same person it'll only count 9
