Least favorite (or most hated) villager type?

I've personally grown, especially with PC and the repetitive dialogue, to very much dislike Normal villagers. They come off as very blunt and a little bit ignorant, but in an innocent way y'know? Not my fav. I get along with people who are aware of how they come off more-so than the ones who don't, and Normals tend to embody the latter a little more.

e.x. one common phrase in PC is "You sure know how to get someone's attention!" irl I would consider that kinda rude depending on the situation lol but that's just me I guess.

I'm curious who yours are and why ^^

dialogue-wise? hhng,, probably the jocks. i don’t hate them or anything but i’ve never cared for the constant mention of exercising and being buff and all that, which is the whole point of their personality lol

i also dislike the smug personality’s whole “you’re looking as cool as a fair number of cucumbers” dialogue - idk why but it makes me cringe lmao

Man I like them all, but if I HAD to choose it'd be peppy. They're just a little bit annoying. I still like them though

I like them all, but my least favorite is probably jocks. Although, I do think the dialog for the normal villagers gets very repetitive in New Leaf.

I hate the smugs. I also don't like jock, but its more tolerable to me, and I now see them as kind of funny. but the smug characters, I dont care how cute they are, they annoy me.

Smug. New Leaf's dialogue was incredibly repetitive all around so I feel like I know smug villagers the least. They all repeat the same lines: i was in a band, upbeat anime music, fair cucumbers, i'm not a geek i'm an enthusiast, rumors are scary...apparently x is my cousin/we're gonna buy a car together, something something beautiful ordinance.

I've barely spoken to my uchi villagers so I can't properly comment on that but they seem more interesting than the smug villagers.

My least favorite is jock.
Smug is a runner up, as they are definitely more interesting to me dialog-wise than jock.

Mine is a tie between normal and smug but if I’m going by NL dialogue I would say normal. It’s just kind of bland and gets boring very quickly especially with how repetitive the dialogue is. Even with some of the repetition with other personality types, I still find them pretty entertaining, but not for normals. I also don’t like smugs because I find them kind of creepy sometimes, especially with some of their appearances lol. They basically remind me of a Kappn’ in the making.

Kind of all of them in New Leaf, although I voted for lazy because something about their constant blubbering about food is annoying to me.

Smug, hands down. They've got this self-righteous aura about them. It's not as classic/humorous as the snooties. I don't need horses hitting on me anyway.

I guess jocks? Seems like 95% of their lines are about working out, muscles, sports or any combination of those

I personally find all personality types interesting in their own ways but of all of them I find normal the least interesting? Sometimes they have an exciting thing to say here and there but they're just sweet but bland. Some normals I've had are more interesting than others but in other experiences they felt so bland.
