Fourleaf Clover
Senior Member
This is the moment I've been waiting for! The chance to leave home, own a house in a small town in the countryside and make new friends!
As the train pulled into the station, I kissed my mum goodbye, and gave her a warm hug. I knew it was the last time I would feel her comforting arms around me. She whispered "Good luck, my lucky Clover," in my ear, and I hugged her tighter. At the whistle of the train, we let go of each other.
I walked nervously over to get on the train. There seemed to be no one else boarding with me. Had I gotten the right train? I looked up at the board above me, the platform number and destinations flashing in orange. Yes, this was it! I stepped onto the train, and waved to my mum. "Keep in touch!" she shouted, waving. I nodded as the doors began to close.
I went through to the carriage, and sat down on one of the blue seats. I didn't have any luggage, only a small amount of Bells in my purse. I looked around, and saw a purple animal that looked like a dog with pointy ears staring at me. I began to blush, and he got up and came over. He asked me if his watch was right, which it was, and then asked if he could sit across from me. I nodded politely, my cheeks still flushed.
"So... your name is...?" he asked. I told him my name was Clover. "Where are you going?" he questioned.
"Fourleaf," I replied, and he looked confused.
"I don't know where that is," he told me. "Why don't we look along the carriage for a map?" he said, and I said it was a great idea. I've never even been to Fourleaf, so it was nice to find the map of my new home!
After we'd found the map, he asked a few more questions, and then the train driver said that the next stop was Fourleaf! My stop! I stood up, and shook the little dog's hand, and got ready to step off the train and into my new life!
