Same, I've been trying to learn to write with my left hand but I get tired of it pretty fast, lol. It feels unnatural.
But at the same time, I ate with the fork in my right hand when I was a child, I trained eating with the fork in my left hand and at the beginning that felt unnatural too.
Right-handed, because it is what it is, the right and only option.
I use to be able to use my left a bit too when I was younger. I'd grade papers with my left and do homework with my right. I'd get dirty looks for the teacher as she didn't want people doing homework in class.
I always wanted to use both hands, so, being naturally right handed, making and forcing myself to use my left hand was really difficult. But, when I golf or use a bat or anything, I've always done it left handed? So it made it kind of easy to (after too long a time) feed myself with my left hand... I totally wore some curry in those attempts tho.
I’m left handed/a lefty. Always have been always will be. I have some difficulties sometimes when it comes to using stuff that isn’t made for left handed people, but other than that i’m proud to be left handed. I also found out a while ago that in archery, left handed people have to stand a certain way and use a completely different bow to right handed people. Being lefthanded can be super awkward when playing sports tbh.
In regards to writing and dexterity:
I am right-handed. I can make coherent words with my left hand, albeit, ugly. Interestingly though, if I write in a "mirrored" manner, and then hold it up to a mirror, the words come out look pretty decent. I guess it has something to do with the natural pull when writing, rather than pushing.
I also try to practice writing with my left hand as well.
In regards to strength:
My left hand is relatively stronger (but I'm still weak like a twig overall). This is because I do all the fine-tuned things with my right hand and all the heavy lifting with my left hand. For example, I have a fear of falling when on stairs so I always use my right hand to hold the rails while my left hand is left holding whatever it is that I have.
