No individual staff member gives you a warn or a suspension or a ban. The staff disciplines you, not an individual. If your warn log says you were warned by me, for example, it means one of two things:
I was the first staff member to see you break the rule or the staff has been discussing whether to warn you and I just happened to give the warn.
The fact remains that no member will get warned because a single staff member does not like them - we do not give warns and suspensions, per se, but instead members earn them.
