I haven't gotten a single one. I'm trying to get one for a Matcha cream Alcremie. I've gotten every single sweet except for this one and the Star Sweet...but I'm more interested in getting the Ribbon Sweet. So I wanted to find out what's going on with this particular sweet.

On GameFAQs some are claiming it's random chance, but I can't find a single person in that discussion who's ever gotten a Ribbon Sweet. This, combined with the fact that Strawberry, Love, Berry and other sweets can be traded but people are claiming that the Star Sweet can't be traded, some are claiming it's going to be an even only item (which would getting all nine Alcremie forms with a ribbon sweet impossible unless they allow the reward to be claimed nine times, ten if you want a shiny with ribbon).

All I know is that, I've reached a point where my patience is non-existent and absolutely need to know: is the ribbon sweet available or not?

I think I read somewhere that they aren't accessible yet and will be obtained later as a part of an event. I don't know how reliable that is though. I haven't seen anyone with one yet either, which makes me think that might be the case since even if there is a very low chance of getting them we'd have seen more around by now.

This is pretty much what I've been leaning towards. Especially since I estimate I've been at this for at least a week and a half, if not two weeks, and the Ribbon and Star Sweets are the only items from the cafes I have yet to obtain. But again, it leads to the question of "How to get all nine flavors and a shiny Alcremie with a ribbon sweet" if it's an event distribution :/

I'm not looking for 70 Alcremie myself. I'm fine with just one of each these: Matcha, Mint, Lemon, Ruby, Vanilla, Caramel Swirl and Salted each with a different sweet but for the die-hard collectors it still makes me wonder.

I think perhaps they could either be attached to event Alcremies that may be distributed through Mystery Gift or, given the whole G-Max promotions, one can assume that they could be drops from promoted G-Max Alcremie raids in the future.
