What are your top five upcoming Nintendo Switch games confirmed for release in 2018?

Mine are:

Okami HD
The World Ends With You: Final Remix
Super Smash Bros. (hopefully it's Smash 5)
Mario Tennis Aces
Aqua Moto Racing Utopia (releasing a week from today :3 )

Additionally, what are your two biggest hopes for E3 announcements?

I'm hoping that we'll get an official date for Smash's release and that they will finally unveil the main series Pokemon Switch game and tell us if it releases this year or next.

All i'm hoping for is Smash Bros 5, Spyro for Switch (Less likely, but i'm hoping that in E3, it'll reveal Ripto's Rage in HD) and AC Switch. That's basically it.

@Paperboy012305 The Spyro collection hasn't been confirmed for the Switch yet? Hmmm...maybe they're gonna pull an N. Sane Trilogy where it comes out a year later on the Switch?

@Tiffanistar: I'm hoping for a demo of the game before I commit to buying. Some Yoshi games I like, others not so much. My two all time favorites are Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Wooly World.

Octopath Traveler. After sinking almost 300 hours into Xenoblade Chronicles 2, I'm beyond ready for a new RPG for my Switch.

Nya, SmashSwitch all the way!

Also hoping STRONGLY for Spyro Reignited Trilogy on Switch. Switch library seriously lacking in the games department, me-growl.

Can’t wait for Runner3 and the Crash trilogy.

Hoping Animal Crossing (main series) is announced soon

@LittleMissPanda Of all my Switch games, digital and physical, I can count the number of system exclusive titles on one hand. I have like 90 ports and cross-platform releases. I don't mind ports, but I do feel it's going a tad overboard.

@HopeForHyrule I kinda want to get Octopath Traveler, but I also have to get Captain Toad and Okami HD so I'm wondering if I should preorder Octopath or wait a bit and get it later. I just hope they don't sell out fast...I'm stickler for original boxes when displaying my collection on a shelf.

@Vonny Maybe we'll get the console treatment? 15 villagers and such. I want to see a Switch game as big as New Leaf but with more content then what New Leaf gave.

@Garret If Fire Emblem releases this year I'll have no choice but to put SOME money down the day it's announced...even if it's just a mere 5 to start.

I'm impatient for Captain Toad and Yoshi. I really, really hope Yoshi is a better length than Kirby. I want more hours out of a full priced game.

Of the games with substantial enough information released so far, Okami HD is the only one I plan on getting. I never did play it when it was originally released, but lets just say someone I have crushed on has influenced me to try it. lol.

Mario Tennis Aces looks fun. I always like Mario Tennis on the N64. The problem is that I don't know that I'd really get into it anymore, and paying full price for Aces probably isn't something I'll want to do. By the time it goes on Selects I probably will have forgotten about it, so...

Super Smash Bros Switch and Pokemon could be games to look forward to, but we do not have any substantial information about them. Nintendo screwed up by not just saying that the SSB revealed isn't a port. Of course, the way they revealed it is NOT how you reveal a port, but they still could have clarified it. Because if it is actually a port, I will not forgive Nintendo for that.

After Sun/Moon, I won't be able to look forward to Pokemon games like I used to. They just really turned the franchise into a very frustrating, unfulfilling experience. Plus, I'm just concerned that Pokemon Switch will just be an HD 3DS Pokemon game. Pokemon has recovered from slumps before, so Generation VII hopefully was just a mistake... But I'll have to see evidence that the Switch game is going to fix things back up before I'll be able to get excited.

There's some nice games coming in the next few months like Tropical Freeze, Hyrule Warriors, Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection and Toad's Treasure Tracker but the one I'm looking forward to the most is Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. Man, I hope it doesn't disappoint.
