since i want him as soon as possible i'm going to rewrite this since i was so picky hahah..
i guess the only rule before posting is that he does not have a lot of junk items in his house. i'd prefer if his house was at least decent, since i've traded villagers in the past that aren't even close the original house they've had. hope that's okay! if not i'd still be willing to buy him, just probably pay less
