Do you ever feel embarrassed for liking Unpopular/Ugly Villagers?

I really like Jitters and Quillson.
I think, I don't get judged but I know people really aren't a fan on Quillsons appearance, I mean I like him because of how he looks.
A lot of the newer fans usually judge via appearance and not really try other random villagers out.
Like, I had T-Bone once and Walt, just to try them out when I foudn them via villager hunting and I love them so dearly. Iam even thinking Walt will be a permantant villager.
I put him next to Nan's house, and I imagine him as like a Granpa to all the younger villagers ;_;
It doesn't feel like embrassment, it feels more nicer to like a villager without worrying about what others think.

I don’t feel embarrassed for liking unpopular villagers. In fact, I don’t really care too much for the villagers in general, while I believe that people take villagers way too seriously.

Definitely not :/ idc if my favorite villagers are popular or not. They're my favorite, not everyone else's and I don't let that affect me at all.

No, as the saying goes, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Just because a villager is ugly to other people doesn't mean they're ugly to me, and vice versa. If I like a villager, then I like them. No need to be embarrassed about that. I've never really been the type to let the opinions of others influence what I like or dislike
Never, in fact I find it refreshing whenever I like a villager that's less popular! I feel like my tastes can be pretty vanilla, but I definitely have a few favourites that I know aren't highly sought after. Quinn comes to mind as one, as I never really see any talk, fanart or merchandise of her, but she's easily one of my favourites. :0

not at all! the villagers that i like and have on my island are nobody's business but mine, and the villagers that i like really doesn't make a difference to anyone else's gameplay!

Nah, I don't know why you would be embarrassed. Those people who are, should probably stop reading tier lists, and watching villager opinion vidoes. I feel like social media is always the cause of people thinking about villagers this way.

No I don't mind! My favorite is Julian who's pretty popular, but some of my other favorites aren't popular like my childhood favorite who I still love, Alfonso!
