lighthearted question about bells

Aside from the stalk market, ngl, playing during summer makes a difference
The bugs have been nerfed, but summer still provides an advantage

Also: go diving a ton, it’s honestly better for bells because your wet suit doesn’t break and interrupt it, you can avoid common shadows without wasting bait, in general I had better luck with that. While finishing the diving critterpedia and looking for mermaid diys I had many nights of leaving dozens of sea creatures in front of nook’s to sell the next day for max value

100%: get a bunch of crops and some fruit trees. Even plucking the right type of flower heads can be good, some hybrids sell for a lot, and gold rose heads are worth 1000 which makes them a steady source of income if you keep a couple dozen around. But I even had a ton of leftover purple hyacinths from saving up for the hyacinth lamp diys and I never wound up using them, I sold them and got over 100k for it. I have a lot of excess flowers but I basically just pluck the purple hyacinths on my one little islet and that gives me around a 9k extra bells each cycle- if you dont have extra flowers, this isnt as appealing, not great anyway but an option.
When I pluck my crops I always get 100k+ selling them (I have about 7 dozen crops planted though, mostly in the form of 4x3 fields that are also very convinient to water)

Bell trees: Always plant 30k, you will either break even or triple your investment
Bell rock is decent when done daily, selling fossils adds up.

i have 43m and i almost never used the stalk market and lost money on it sometimes, i also dont sell for bells online.
