I've seen people fight for the least popular ones... I'm afraid this list can encourage people to sell at higher price.

I do not even agree with the selling of villagers in the first place.

Whether this list is here or not, people know what villagers are popular, but this list helps people to gauge where villagers are in terms of popularity..

I don't agree with the selling of villagers either, I've only ever done 2 auctions, and those were in my first days here when I wanted to make some cash, and giveaways were less common.. But now I cycle and give loads of popular villagers away, so

It also (I hope) should get rid of the stay threads trying to sell really really unpopular villagers that get bumped every 30 seconds and are really just a mess <3

Genji should definitely be in Tier 2. He's on a lot of dreamie lists and he sells for millions. x)

(I've never sold a villager before. I've tried, but my town is determined on producing 'eh' villagers only xD)

I have noticed him on the rise atm.. I'll keep watch and see where I can put him when I do an update

Jay was someone I considered for the last update.. But we'll see how it goes, I did a lot of people stalk for him, but he doesn't appear to be on any dreamy lists, which makes me question it..

But his birdy bro Jacques is still on the rise and will probably get bumped up once again on the next update

A small update's due..

Genji has moved up from number 17 in Tier Three, to number 8.

Deirdre has moved up from number 25 in Tier Three, to number 10.

Jacques has moved up from number 26 in Tier Three, to number 16.

I considered doing that.. But pricing is really difficult.. Particularly since Marshal goes anywhere between 20 and 70mil, while Erik maxes at about 15..

But I don't wanna split up the tiers either.. So it's difficult
