Shari seems to be popular lately. I saw someone trade away Fauna for Shari. She should be at least on the bottom of tier 3.

Small update for you guys:

Diana has moved up to number four in Tier One.

Marina and Julian have swapped places, with Marina now being number eight in Tier One, and Julian being number 7.

Eugene has been moved up from Tier Four, to number 30 in Tier Three.

Bree, Butch, Melba and Sydney have all been moved up to Tier Four.

Filbert should be moved up as he is getting more and more popular. I see people everywhere wanting him nowadays. x3

I love Rudy but I do not think he is #3 in tier 2. He should be middle to bottom of tier 2. Same with Molly, they seem to be decreasing in popularity unfortunately because they're both so cute

I've noticed Bam has been getting traded and asked for here and there constantly throughout the past week. I was surprised to see him in tier 2 he's definitey tier one from what i've seen.

She's not ugly at all, but she's just passed up for other villagers.. Plus people don't generally like chickens, the only one who ever sees any snatching up is Knox

And the likelihood of you selling her for anything is almost impossible.. But I hope you find her a home, I think she's really sweet

What's the cheapest villagers typically sell for on average? (so basically bottom tier pricing)

^ some villagers you just wont be able to sell (Violet, Barold, Hippeux) but 100k is a very low price to start off with.
