this. i have her in my second town and i'm starting to wonder if i should go through the effort or not to move her over to Palette...but who to kick out

The top 3 Deer, Beau, Diana and Fauna are unlikely to drop out of Tier One (again, in Fauna's case). They are just too popular and appeal to most people.

Erik is the only other Deer that stands a chance of getting back into Tier One (which he's done twice now).

The rest of the Deer have no hope in Hell of getting into Tier One. Zell is the closest, but even then he's quite far from that mark, even when his popularity exploded a few months ago.

I foresee Lucky's drop quite soon, I think he'll be replaced by Erik or Zucker. I don't believe Julian will be able to keep his theoretical place in Tier One much longer if his decline continues. I'm hoping he gets replaced by Poppy, but her popularity is waning this week, which I hope doesn't continue.
