Wow what a huge update here C: congrats to Beau for being the king of the forum...wonder how long he will stay up there though. Such a shame for Diana to take a 2 place drop but she had a good run. Also nice to see some of the Tier 5's being moved to Tier 4 C: Tier 1 still looks a bit unstable if you ask me. What a nice jump for Papi as well

I hope that Bones will eventually make it into tier 4. He used to be pretty popular but the newer members don't really have Bones in their dreamie list. Bit surprised though that Chadder didn't make it into the tier 4 add on. Great update though.

Zucker was in the Top Tier for some time!

I have been here since November 2013. Seems like it was the first half of 2014 that Zucker was constantly ranking in Top Tier.

What has happened with the drops, I'd theorize, is that a number of these villagers were attained by those seeking them. That's probably why Merengue has had such a precipitous drop. It's probably why Julian is close to falling out of the Top Tier.

The reascending ranks of some villagers may have more to do with a turnover of some of the forum members at this site. Some, like myself, have been here for over a year; some were here before me but took a break; some were here before me and are no longer playing "Animal Crossing: New Leaf"; some came in early-2014; some toward the middle in 2014; some toward the end of 2014. However it all is, there are people who still haven't attained however many they're wanting of the villagers ranked in the Top Tier.

He deserves it. During my time here, Beau has been consistently in the Top Tier. (Though I didn't check this thread from my Day #01, I have the feeling he was never out.)

With more and more of this feeling that, for those who hadn't previously hit No. 1, I think we have a potential to see some first-timers rise to the top. For a long time, it was Marshal. Then it was Merengue. In between we have seen the likes of Stitches, Diana, and Fang hit No. 1. (I may be missing someone.) Among those who also had the potential: Ankha and Lolly. Had Hound00med started this thread topic even sooner, I'm sure Julian, who captivated many, would have been tops. So, let's see this happen. Lolly, especially as just one example, should be noted because that Top Tier list has consistently been comprised of at least four slots routinely going to Normals. (And are there eight Villager Personalities in "Animal Crossing: New Leaf.")

And before good old Tia dropped, it was 5 Normals who were consistently in the Top Tier.

The Top Tier is conquered by Normals and Lazies, who are typically the most liked personalities. While Smug seems common, most Smugs are in Tier Five, with only a handful in the higher Tiers.

Jock and Uchi (and until recently, Cranky) are the only personalities to only have one villager be in the Top Tier representing their personality.. Bam and Phoebe didn't even last that long there before crashing. Fang was the only Cranky in Tier One until he dropped out, but rose quickly back in, and even climbed to Number One.. Now Chief's joined the party, and much to my surprise, is performing well. (I'm very happy about this .. Chief's epic)
