Ohey.. Well Erik has risen lately and is doing well in auctions, so he's fine in Tier One atm..

Tia is also increasing atm, I think she deserves to go slightly higher

This is not a list of personal likes, it's a list of popularity, and as someone who cycles and browses this forum a lot, I feel that I know quite a lot about popularity

If I didn't, why would this post get stickied, and why does everyone use it calling it a good list?

thats correct, but the list is a rough outline. there's no such thing as a perfect list, as trends may change as time passes by

Sean srlsly I think this list is perfect
I mean, go on, try and make a better list.
This isn't about opinions, Sean is a proffesional and experienced cycler, I think he'd know which villagers are popular and which villagers are Hipp-Ew.

I made the list myself.. I didn't get it from anywhere.. If you read the first post, I explain how I made it

im not hating on your list at all all im saying is that everyone on earth is so different and unique that everybody would probably have a different list for instance someone would want to offer more for a villager that speaks to them in a way that noone else would know or think about like a story from there childhood, or there bestfriend..

Undadac, this list isn't about ''which villager they love the most''
Its a list revolving around the fact that some villagers are popular, some aren't.
For example, if I said ''Trading Hippeux for Marshal!''
Noone would respond because Hippeux is an ugly unwanted hippo
And isn't popular at all.
On the other hand, everyone who is anyone knows that Marshal is basically God to the tbt cult
so Hippeux wouldn't get you closer

Molly actually needs to drop..

Coco's fine as is, but could go a little higher, but she is not tier one

Erik could go above Fang, but I decided to leave that 'til the next update, to see what happens with that

And Pietro is definitely fine where he is, he's not any more or less popular

As much as I looooove Erik, I really don't think he's even Tier 1, I just think he's just really high up in Tier 2.

Thankyou so much for this list! As someone fairly new to AC:NL - and before today, had no idea that "villager trading" existed, this thread is extremely useful.
