Hes in the top tier on other places though
I just feel eventually the top dreamies wont be very desirable as everyone will have them... and the ones who are tier 3/4 will become more, as they will be harder to get

Given the Top 15 (in previous installments it was Top 16) of the Top Tier Dreamies, from The Bell Tree Forums, I'm personally inclined to want to limit my two towns to having no more than a combined eight from the group. (Around 50 percent. Slightly less.) Part of that is to not take away from the individuality of the continuing development and/or operation of either town. But part of it also has to do with personal tastes. There are some Top Tier Dreamies that don't grab me that much. (And that's also the case for numerous forum members.) Some that I previous wanted fell from my personal list. And I have come across other villagers, not ranked in the Top Tier, that I like from having met them in Dream Addresses. I figure that a good balance is what feels very satisfactory. (I like being loyal to some original villagers in both of my towns; that I will keep them.) All in all, I am grateful for this thread. It's informative. It's interesting.

Just the way they look I guess. I dislike the looks of the dogs in ACNL. I love some of the kangaroos tho.

I mean he's kind of obscure (He's one of my absolute favorites) so I can see why he's bottom of the barrel.

But "popular" villagers like Marshal and Stitches are so common around here it's crazy.

Also Alfonso deserves more respect.. seriously such an awesome villager..

IKR. Margie is just such a cutie patootie but NOBODY has her...same with Cyrano and Cesar. (Or Caesar I don't remember).

For now, I'm keeping them under a watchful eye.. Diana is definitely on more dreamy lists than Stitches atm, which is why I bumped her up.. But we'll see how it goes

Kid Cat is on the rise. I think he should be moved up a teeeeny bit...almost everyone I meet either LOVES Kid Cat, wants Kid Cat, or wants to marry Kid Cat. I, for one, don't like him.

I'm wanting to get him out of my town of Applewin; I like him but want to do a switch with him (and one other villager) that leaves me wanting to adopt him out to another forum member (who is willing).
