Rosie has been moved up from number 13 in Tier One, to number 10.
Wolfgang has been moved down from number 5 in Tier Two, to number 9.
Drago has been moved down from number 18 in Tier Two, to number 24.
Bunnie has been moved up from number 12 in Tier Three, to number 7.
Cherry has been moved up from number 18 in Tier Three, to number 13.
Filbert has been moved up from number 30 in Tier Three, to number 21.
Ren?e has been moved up from Tier Five, to Tier Four.
Rosie has been moved up from number 13 in Tier One, to number 10.
Wolfgang has been moved down from number 5 in Tier Two, to number 9.

The others were just ones that popped into my head as I was looking through the tiers..
But there's been ups and downs in every tier this week, which is good

Great going for Uchi ostrich Phoebe!
Compared to nearly ten days ago (last update was March 27, 2014), the new April 5 list of the Top Tiers is the same but with a little variation. It's notable that Peppy cat Rosie unseated Normal elephant Tia for Top-10 status. But most personally interesting to me is that the fabulous Uchi ostrich Phoebe is being greatly appreciated here at The Bell Tree Forums. (She has a wonderful, individual personality. Oh, I love her looks as well!)
Phoebe entered the Top Tier with the March 27 rankings, and she deservedly remains there for a second outing. Great! Hound00med noted that, since beginning these listed rankings last August, Phoebe had become the first Uchi to ever break through at the highest level. I have been here at The Bell Tree Forums since last November and noted, a good month or two ago, that it seems (not only with the Uchi but also) the Jock had not been represented in the Top Tier. (I wonder if that's the case ever since Hound00med started the list last August. That may be too much to ask.)
There is a thread lately asking for people to name which of the eight Villager Personalities is worst. (Link @ http://www.belltreeforums.com/showthread.php?158450-Worst-personality .) It is very much an opinion-type thread. But I do find a disconnect between naming either the Lazy or Normal as "Worst." Combined, these two Villager Personalities tend to lately comprise approximately two-thirds the listed 15 from the Top Tier from Villager Trading Plaza here at The Bell Tree Forums.

This list has been up since November, I didn't actually start it in August, hehe..
To begin with, yes, there was a Jock in Tier One - Rudy. He was number 15 in Tier One however soon fell from grace.
Since, there have been no Jocks to enter Tier One.. As well as that, since Fang's drop, there have been no Crankies in Tier One either. He, along with Rudy, are the only villagers of their respective personality to be in Tier One.

I don't think Marina is atm.. Her popularity has sharply dropped lately.. She's still Tier One, but only just..
However Zucker is due a rise, I was going to bump him this week, but Rosie was my main focus.
Zucker will see a rise next week don't you worry

I quickly caught an earlier mention of Erik. I sense he would fall out of Tier One if, for example, Bam were to finally break through. (It seems, with this long winter where I live, that he was on the cusp of doing so during February.) Then again, I very much remember Fang having been in the Top Tier (and, seemingly, falling out after February). Phoebe's ascendance to the Top Tier is fantastic. And as much I would like to see Molly shoot up there, not enough of a push is happening for her. (Not yet.) But coming back to Erik, there was a mention by a forum member that he/she sensed that Whitney, who was Top Tier for some time, was more popular than Erik. I disagree; and mentioned that a couple weeks ago or so that I had sensed Whitney was on the verge of falling out of Top Tier. Part of these Top Tier listees are there, I sense, because those villager from the highest part of the next level just haven't been pushed enough to unseat more of those in Tier One. It can happen. But there would need to be more momentum for a Bam or a Skye or a Molly (etc.) to get there.
I've seen quite a lot of villagers more..
I think as the populars get more and more taken by everyone who wants them, more are starting to come up the ranks

Yep, he's been in the top 5 for Tier Two for almost the entire time
I feel like Fuchsia is a lot more popular than Deirdre. I know from experience that it was a lot harder to obtain Fuchsia than Deirdre in the fact that more people were always lurking for her. I've gotten both from this plaza so I know this first-hand.
