Wow suprised to see renee in tier 4. She has been getting more popular though. I remember someone said she looked like a transgender person (unoffensive term used in place), she look ok imo.

For those who wonder, the reason no jocks or crankies are in tier one is because simply put, no one really likes crankies or jocks anymore. I see countless threads where people say jock is the worst personality. Cranky is too watered down for most people. Plus, most of the smug lazy and normal dialouge is loved a lot more.

I haven't seen any demand for the terrifying clown sheep for a few weeks, and I'm on quite often... I've also seen recently a higher demand for Ankha then Lolly, all personal bias aside, but maybe that's just due to the time constraints of the auctions I've seen ^^

The list is pretty stupid and biased, people should not use this when determining prices of villagers or popularity. And I'd like to see actual statistics instead of just what people "observe".

I have seen Merengue go for anywhere from 5 million to 16 million.

You may think so but a lot of people actually find this thread useful as a guide. Key word here is guide, it's not official. People come here for a reference. Another thing is that this thread is only based on TBT popularity, not a combination of TBT, Reddit, ACC, Gamespot, or any other gaming sites.

If you don't like it you don't have to use it but it will remain stickied as a guide for those who find it useful. (This thread also helps clear up all of the "how much is X villager worth?" threads.) If you find that you don't like where a villager is placed you are more than welcome to suggest where that villager goes based on TBT villager popularity.
