List of Villagers Based on Popularity

Descriptions describe why the villagers are in that tier. For example, tier one villagers are never voided, usually are sold for millions, and are commonly auctioned off. I'm not sure if my description is that accurate, but you'd write it similar to that.\\

I see.. But I'm not quite sure why or how that would relate to the tiers of popularity..

Tier One villagers DO get voided sometimes, and while they sell for higher prices than any other villagers, I can't pinpoint a general price range for every villager 'cos that will force people to charge certain amounts, and also wouldn't be very accurate in the first place (I very rarely see a Phoebe auction go above 5-10mil, while Marshal can go for 40-50)

Why? He's fairly popular atm, more so than any other Tier Three

The purpose of descriptions would be to explain to people why their favorites are in a certain tier, so they don't post asking "Why isn't Blahblah more popular?" It isn't really necessary though, and I agree some of the tiers have a large range of popularity, Marshal is eons ahead of Phoebe or Bam in terms of popularity.

Maybe it could just be a little thing at the top, not for every tier? Like "I base popularity off of user suggestions, how many people list these villagers as a dreamie, how many threads are made about them, and how much they go for." Just so people know why villagers are more/less popular? Or is that dumb //

Sprinkle!!! Dont know if anyone else agrees but she has been skyrocketing in popularity for the past week or so. She has also sold for 1-5 million in most purchases from what I've seen lately.

It's not dumb, but this popularity thread has been around for 6 months now, I think the majority of people are familiar of my methods by now.. I could add it, but I think simplifying it down to "This is based solely on what I have witnessed" will suffice.

Who knows though, I may add in a little bit sometime

I've seen her slightly more lately, but I dunno where to put her, if to move her up at all.. The mid-section of Tier Two is a very competitive place atm, and everyone's been getting juiced more to try and crack that top 10.. But we'll see

What? I don't think Static should be dropping, I think he should be higher (but he can stay the same, don't really mind)

I keep losing auctions of him. There's so many people offering prices for him and I'm always too late even though I refresh so many times at the last minute (literally) lol. I can never get him...it's so frustrating.

I think people should keep in mind that villager prices can only correlate with popularity, whereas the number of people is the more relevant thing to look out for when trying to suggest who should move up or down on this thread. Just saying. x.x

That's where you're wrong. Bam has been seen a lot more these past few weeks and that's why he finally reached Tier 1 <3. Thank god lol

Yea Bam does deserve tier 1. Im gonna get a lot of hate but I personally can't stand bam. Hes kinda weird looking and he just irks me the wrong way. -_-

Is Stitches really a Tier 1 / number 7 villager?
I decided to keep Rosie in my town and try to trade or maybe sell Stitches but it doesn't seem like he's someone who a lot of people want? Or is it because I just have a little less luck than others - probably because of my time zone - ? (Not doubting the Tier 1 though I'm just wondering if he's a villager not a lot of people are looking for at the moment)

Another thing I have to add is the rivalry between Julian and Beau. Im pretty sure Julian is above Beau atm but I honestly thing Beau should pass him. Also this isnt on pricing even though ive noticed Beau sell higher lately. I just notice more people searching for him lately.

I disagree. I actually think Beau needs to drop a bit more, he's not doing too well lately..

Julian is definitely more popular than him.
