List of Villagers Based on Popularity

I just wondered what it is that makes some of the characters more popular than others? I know that the cuter ones are popular, but then there are quite a few cute ones that aren't in the more popular tiers? Is it simply looks?

Pretty much.. I can't say why some are more popular than others really .. Gimmicks, cuteness.. I dunno

I like some villagers because of their personality. Also sometimes the way they look.

I've seen Bones have a slight jump in popularity, IMO enough to warrant a jump to Four.

I just reset my town and 4/5 of my villagers are bottom of the barrel.
Dora, Penelope, Cousteau and Monique.
Roscoe is the only one in slightly popular section.

I think the list needs an update!
I don't really see Wendy getting adopted?or even announced in cycling threads. Tier 5 imo.
Olivia has definitely became more popular, I'd push her for Tier 3 but I'm biased D: so Tier 4 would do!
I have seen a good amount of dream signatures with Felicity in them. Maybe move her up?

I've seen enough people stalking for Wendy that she's fine in Tier Four atm.

Is Olivia not in Tier Four? She should be there, so I'll correct that now.

I'll look at Felicity and see where she can go.

Alright so a few updates going on here..

Olivia has jumped up to Tier Four.

Poppy and Ribbot have switched places. Ribbot is now number 18 in Tier Three, and Poppy is now number 9 in Tier Three.

Felicity has been jumped to Tier Three, in place 28. While Willow has been pushed down to Tier Four.

I'm surprised Gabi is on the lower end of the list. She's a cute, kind bunny who calls you honeybun. She often gifts me things or offers to visit my home. ^^;

Judging by the tiers, I guess I was extremely lucky to get both Lolly AND Rosie as villagers from the very start.
