I just wanted to say the same as nash. Someone visit OP:s town, then OP visits the other town, and the other person should get Marshal (if they have 9 or less villagers and TT right to the next day with no more Wi-Fi:ing)! I got Ankha this way when the person who was supposed to give her to me voided her accidentally!
