most people who played nintendo wanted to make the games... its a common want, nintendo has capitalized on that for years to get their employee's... every game industry company does... they find suckers who want to make games and pull them in to the point where they cant leave.
and how does this apply to NSider? well, you want to be a sage there... what you're looking past is the gaping hole that is buisness... sages there are made based on who high fives nintendo the most, gets other NSiders to buy games... think about it, all those free gifts you get, sage reviews, they're all "perks" but they're strategically placed to get you to start giving positive say about everything, a little "cappy" is going to look up to a sage, and if you're telling him to go buy some random game, he'll do it.

being a guitarist isn't that farfetched... but expecting to be in a widely popular guitar group is.
being a nintendo employee isn't farfetched, sure, you could be the janitor... but expecting to make entry level programming employment isn't.

I don't insist on being better, maybe I just am sometimes. Not all the time of course, but I WORK, and therefore have better results.
