I'm paying 60mil for Marshal. And that's digsusting? Rude. If we don't want to wait months (like I have been) for the small chance that we will win him in a giveaway, that's our choice. I didn't set the price. The people who were willing to pay that much in the first place did, and now barely anyone will accept less than that. The thread creator got Marshal from his cousin by the way, that's why he was so cheap.

I never said the people paying high prices for him is disgusting.. I'm saying it's disgusting that because he's popular, people are greedy enough to charge outrageous amounts of cash for him.. The kind of amounts that MOST people can only get through duping

I've been on the board for months and have never seen him go for anywhere near that cheap, unless in a giveaway where you draw a picture or write a novel etc. I don't appreciate being called disgusting because I'm willing to pay alot for a villager that I really want.

I disagree with whoever said that a person will decline an offer if they knew how much Marshal was worth. I also disagree with the person saying that a person who buys him for under 50mil is scamming the seller. This isn't true. Is it that hard to believe that there are people who are kind and not greedy? A guy on tumblr posted that he needed Marshal gone and I messaged him offering 60mil. He then replied and said that he thinks that people selling him for so much is stupid and he was fully aware if how much MarshL was worth. He told me he would not take over 15mil and I told him I would pay that. Most people on tumblr are against selling villagers for high prices so they are a lot nicer and Yeah. I'm sure you will get him! If I get him in my second town I will give him to you for 20mil
