Trading /[Looking For] Tom || [Giving] Bells

I'm looking for Tom the cranky cat ;_; I almost got him thrice - first, he was given to someone else, second, the person grew attached, and third, an error occurred after I got him.
I just really want Tom.

I would prefer if I can get him today or tomorrow - last time I waited a surprise villager moved in and ruined my path. I'm quite cautious now;; but, yes, please! I just want Tom!!
