I can't understand why they'd remove bushes, but I'm afraid these do not confirm them at all. These are house exterior decorations we have seen numerous times already.

I'd be baffled if they were removed (but Nintendo and other video game companies do baffling things all of the time), and I'm honestly baffled as to why they haven't just been shown yet if they're there, so this is odd.

Those bushes are part of the house. The reason why the second trailer only has them on one side is most likely because they're placeholders, so when one room expands they disappear.

That being said, the fact that the mesh exists makes me believe that we'll most likely have them in game. There is no reason not to use an asset that already exists in the game. If the point was just for them to be used as placeholder they could have used something else, like maybe flowers or something.
