Making a little Vesta Sculpture (wip)

Hi guys!

Today is Vesta’s birthday
She’s been my favorite since WW and i made a little sculpture of her some time ago. I still need to finish the little circle stand she’s on (want to add embroidery flowers) and tweak her scarf a bit. I guess i’ll finally finish her this weekend and will post the final result, but because it’s her birthday today i thought i’d share the wip today ^3^)/

If anyone knows good paint or good brushes to paint on clay, please please let me know... i’ve been working on it with some leftovers acrylic paint and an old brush because this was a very spontaneous project that i wanted to do right on the moment so didnt buy anything for it xD

I love clay sculptures so much and you did this so well, I’m in awe.

I use cheap apple barrel acrylic paints for projects and have tons of variety pack brushes ahahaha. I never know what classifies as “good” materials.
