Ha! I'm hoping to get an XL as well either on Black Friday or ordering one on Cyber Monday. Though, I plan on selling my old 3DS if I do, since I want some money back. XD Not sure what part of the world you're in, but if you're in the US, I know for sure that Target's gonna be selling them for $149.99 on Black Friday.
